📅 Public Tour Booking Policy Effective Date: 7/2/2025 Thank you for booking a public haunted tour with Echoes of the Unknown. Our goal is to offer an unforgettable, safe, and immersive experience rooted in both history and the paranormal. Please read the following booking policy carefully before securing your spot. 🕰 Tour Details Tour durations are typically 90 - 120 minutes, unless otherwise noted. Tours involve moderate walking on sidewalks and park paths. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Some content may include ghost stories and historical tragedies; parental discretion is advised for children under 13. ✅ Booking Requirements All public tours must be booked in advance through our website or approved channels. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Group sizes are limited to ensure a quality experience — early booking is recommended. ⏰ Arrival & Timing Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours begin promptly at the listed time. We cannot accommodate late arrivals. No refunds or reschedules will be offered for missed tours due to late arrival or no-show. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date (based on availability). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule at our discretion. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. 🌧 Weather Policy Tours run rain or moonlight, so please check the forecast and dress accordingly. In the event of dangerous weather (lightning, high winds, extreme conditions), tours may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.
