At Echoes of the Unknown, we strive to provide immersive, well-researched, and carefully crafted experiences — both in-person and through our mailed and digital tour kits. Because of the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

📦 Mailed Tour Kits & Physical Products

​

• All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has shipped.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to offer a replacement or partial credit.

• We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by postal services or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

📄 Digital Downloads (PDF Kits & Guides)

• No refunds will be issued for digital products once downloaded or delivered via email.

• If you encounter an error with your file, please reach out within 72 hours, and we will assist with troubleshooting or re-sending your materials.

🚶‍♀️ Public & Private Tours

​

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded, but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability.

• No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• In the rare case that Echoes of the Unknown cancels a tour due to weather, emergency, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
