At Echoes of the Unknown, we strive to provide immersive, well-researched, and carefully crafted experiences — both in-person and through our mailed and digital tour kits. Because of the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:
📦 Mailed Tour Kits & Physical Products

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to offer a replacement or partial credit.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by postal services or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
📄 Digital Downloads (PDF Kits & Guides)

No refunds will be issued for digital products once downloaded or delivered via email.

If you encounter an error with your file, please reach out within 72 hours, and we will assist with troubleshooting or re-sending your materials.
🚶♀️ Public & Private Tours

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded, but may be eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability.

No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

In the rare case that Echoes of the Unknown cancels a tour due to weather, emergency, or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
